Shamrock Rovers cannot be crowned League of Ireland champions tonight, but they can take a big step towards the title.
The Hoops host Dublin rivals St Pat's, with just over two weeks to go in the league campaign.
Rovers are six points ahead of Derry City at the top of the table, but the Candystripes do have a game in hand, which comes away to Sligo Rovers on Monday. Derry host Shelbourne tonight as the sides go head to head prior to their FAI Cup final clash next month.
Alan Mannus is poised for a swift Rovers return having been forced off in last Sunday’s draw in Drogheda but Gary O’Neill - a half-time withdrawal in the same match - is expected to miss out. Simon Power, Chris McCann and Aidomo Emakhu are all available after injury.
St Pat’s boss Tim Clancy serves a one-match touchline ban following his dismissal against Shelbourne. Defender Tom Grivosti is also suspended but otherwise the in-form Saints are at full strength for this near sold-out derby clash.
