What Rasmus Kristensen's former managers have said about him amid Leeds United interest

Leeds United’s newest transfer target, Rasmus Kristensen, is a player who has been on the radar of other Premier League clubs for several months. The Whites have joined West Ham and Brentford on the list of teams vying for his signature.

The Red Bull Salzburg right-back has plenty of experience playing under Jesse Marsch so the Leeds boss will be hoping that their prior relationship helps to put them at the top of his list. Only 22 players have made more appearances for a side managed by Marsch than Kristensen as he played 64 times during the pair’s time in Austria.

If he was to be signed, the 24-year-old would provide competition for Luke Ayling at right-back which would allow Cody Drameh to continue his development on loan. It would be the second signing from Salzburg this summer and like Brenden Aaronson, he comes highly recommended.
