Manchester City could be crowned Premier League champions this weekend as Pep Guardiola's side seek to claim their third straight top-flight crown.
It would also represent a fifth league title in six seasons for the Blues who have chased down long-term leaders Arsenal. City have won 11 straight Premier League games to storm to the top of the table and the Gunners have faltered in recent weeks.
Mikel Arteta's men were beaten by Brighton last time out, the 3-0 defeat seemingly representing the final nail in Arsenal's title ambitions. The Gunners were beaten at the Etihad in a pivotal clash last month and have dropped points against the likes of Southampton and West Ham in recent weeks.

It means City have a four-point advantage heading into the final week of the season. Guardiola's side have a game in hand on the Gunners and this weekend could find themselves champions of England once again.
This weekend, Arsenal are away at relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest on Saturday evening (5.30pm) with City hosting Chelsea at the Etihad on Sunday (4pm). Here are the permutations for City to win the title.
If Arsenal lose at Forest
City will be champions on Saturday without kicking a ball. Defeat for the Gunners would leave them four points adrift of Guardiola's side with only a final day game at home to Wolves to come.
If Arsenal draw at Forest
City would be champions with a point or a victory. A defeat for the Blues would leave them three clear and with a superior goal difference but not yet mathematically champions.
If Arsenal beat Forest
City would require a victory to lift the title. A City draw would leave the gap at two points with Arsenal having one game remaining and the Blues two. Should Guardiola's side lose to Chelsea then the gap would be a single point heading into the final days of the campaign.
Regardless of Arsenal's results in their last two matches, City will be champions with three points from their final trio of fixtures at home to Chelsea and away at Brighton and Brentford.
