We remain in contact with the relevant Thai authorities who are looking into the incident, and also following the health situation of the others," the embassy said.
According to the Bangkok Post, five Indians identified as Kushagra Agarwal, Rahul Agrawal, another person with the same name Rahul Agarwal, Aman Agarwal and Aryan Verma arrived at the cafe together at around 11 pm. About 1.54am, four members of the group reportedly lost consciousness one by one for no obvious reason. Café staff immediately called emergency services and the men were rushed to the hospital.
