A well-loved chippy in Edinburgh has reopened after a fire tore through the building during the night that saw ferocious flames and a large emergency response.
Several crews were seen on Henderson Row fighting the blaze inside the popular L’Alba D’Oro chip shop around 10.30pm on April 12.
The owners behind the business have now shared that the fire was worse than it looked and after a lot of work are back open to customers.
