A weight loss coach who shed 18 stone by sticking to a calorie deficit has shared his favourite crisps from B&M, all under 70 calories. The low-calorie snacks can be enjoyed as part of anyone’s daily calorie allowance, he says.
Neil Scurrah, 41, a former accountant from Blackpool, overhauled his diet and lifestyle after reaching his heaviest weight of 36st 10lb stone in 2013. The personal trainer had been overweight since the age of nine, but began to pile on the pounds during a “six-month bender” after losing his father.
Now Neil, whose videos have over 1.4 million likes on TikTok, helps others to maintain a calorie deficit whilst enjoying all the foods they crave. In his latest TikTok the weight loss coach, who goes by @the.real.loss.boss on social media, shared low-calorie crisps he enjoys guilt-free from B&M.
