NEW DELHI: As Sachin Tendulkar and David Beckham walked onto the ground amidst loud cheers before India's World Cup semifinal against New Zealand at the Wankhede Stadium on Wednesday, a football came rolling towards the soccer legend kicked by none other than Virat Kohli.

Tendulkar and Beckham are in attendance for the match as UNICEF brand ambassadors and also interacted with members of the Indian cricket team on the ground. The convergence of iconic figures from cricket and football added an extra layer of glamour to the semifinal.
