The Miami Dolphins were no strangers to injuries last season, as they had a number of key contributors miss time with various ailments.
One star who was unable to compete for a good portion of the season was safety Brandon Jones, as he suffered a torn ACL in Miami’s Week 7 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Without Jones, the Dolphins lost one of their best blitzers that could certainly throw opposing quarterbacks and coordinators off of their game plans.
It’s been roughly three months since the former Longhorn had surgery to repair his ACL, and he posted a video on his TikTok account showing off his progress in his rehab.

This rehab process has been something that the safety has been documenting on social media, and it’s pretty cool to see the progress he’s making.

Jones’ return to Vic Fangio’s defense would be a much-needed boost for the secondary in 2023.
