Uniware is set to provide real-time inventory visibility and route orders for service kits and consumables to service professionals across the two markets, the companies said. The partnership extends the companies’ existing relationship in India, where Urban Company uses Unicommerce’s technology for its e-commerce operations.

“As brands expand into new markets, they need technology that scales seamlessly while simplifying operational complexity...Our focus is to help businesses automate complex backend operations so they can concentrate on delivering great customer experiences,” Kapil Makhija, Managing Director and CEO of Unicommerce, said.
