Lucknow: As soon as the Budget Session of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly got underway, Samajwadi Party leaders protested in front of the state legislature against the tragic deaths during the Maha Kumbh stampede on 29 January on the occasion of Mauni Amavasya, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

One Samajwadi party leader, while condemning the government, symbolically got the 'ashes' of the government's ethics.
