Uninsured driver had cannabis in blood when he killed baby after mounting kerb

An uninsured driver with no licence has been jailed after killing a newborn baby when he sped through a 30mph zone in his BMW.

James Paul Davis, killed tiny Ciaran Leigh Morris, who was just 18-days-old and on his first outing in his pram with parents Camaron Morris and Codie Holyman.

35-year-old David recklessly drove at 67mph in a 30mph zone on April 4 last year before he lost control of the car and smashed into the family.
