The UK's most tattooed man says he is frequently pointed and stared at by unnerved children who call him 'scary' for his outlandish look.
Matthew Whelan - who changed his name to King Of Inkland King Body Art The Extreme Ink-ite – says he has mixed feelings about his extreme appearance always drawing attention.
But the 42-yer-old admits it is understandable and to be expected, as a face covered in inkings is admittedly a rare sight to most people.
