A lucky UK lottery player has scooped a whopping £111.7m in the EuroMillions draw.
The unnamed person won the jackpot following Friday's draw, operators Camelot have confirmed. The win came from a single UK ticket holder, with the total amount won standing at a massive £111,709,000.
Lottery bosses said the claim was now going through the process of validation before the winner is given the option over whether to go public. Andy Carter, senior winners’ advisor at The National Lottery, said: "It is wonderful news that a lucky ticket-holder has claimed this incredible prize.
