Tyler Herro’s name is making the rounds as the Damian Lillard trade chatter continues to swirl around the Heat. Now, the 23-year-old guard is grabbing plenty of attention for a photo that gave fans plenty to talk about—for numerous reasons.
Herro, who appears likely to be part of a potential deal for Lilliard, should Miami reach a deal with the Trail Blazers, was shown in the gym with no Heat gear on and looking … different. Specifically, the former Kentucky standout looks to have put on some muscle in recent months, and NBA fans had plenty of wide-ranging opinions.

Some fans were buying into the hype of a potentially big year for Herro, who averaged 20.1 points over 67 games last season, while others weren’t quite ready to take it that far yet.
