Despite bringing back quarterback Josh Dobbs on a fully guaranteed deal for one year, the Cleveland Browns value a cost-controlled backup quarterback over the next four seasons. Using their second fifth rounder on UCLA quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson, the Browns now have their backup of the future.
