Troy Kotsur has been announced as a new addition to Season 3 of Apple TV+'s 'Foundation.' This marks a return to Apple for Kotsur, known for his role in the award-winning film 'CODA.' In 'Foundation,' Kotsur will portray Preem Palver, the leader of a planet of psychics, alongside series regulars Lee Pace and Jared Harris.
