Vinai Venkatesham has revealed Fabio Paratici was involved in the process to appoint Thomas Frank, as he explained how Tottenham's new leadership structure will work.

Paratici has returned to Spurs as sporting director, two-and-a-half years after he resigned when his appeal against a 30-month ban for financial irregularities was rejected.
