Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has made three changes to his team for their latest Premier League North London Derby at Arsenal.
Both sides come into the match flying high in the table with the Gunners top and Spurs third and unbeaten in the competition with just a point between the two teams. Conte was being cagey when football.london asked him about injuries ahead of the game with Spurs having a number of players suffering knocks on international duty but not wanting to give the Gunners an advantage.
Hugo Lloris has been passed fit to play following a small thigh injury that prevented him from playing for France, but Ben Davies and Lucas Moura remain out while Dejan Kulusevski, who felt a tight hamstring after international duty with Sweden, also misses out.

Conte told football.london that he could switch to a 3-5-2 rather than his usual 3-4-3 at Spurs at some point in the coming run of 13 matches before the World Cup but that is not the case today as he has gone with the familiar latter formation with the in-form Richarlison alongside Harry Kane and Son Heung-min, who is back in the line-up after his hat-trick after coming off the bench against Leicester.
Emerson Royal returned at right wing-back with Ivan Perisic switching back to the left-hand side and Cristian Romero returns to the back three with Davinson Sanchez on the bench. Bryan Gil is the only attacking player among the substitutes.
Here is the Spurs team Conte has selected to face Arsenal:
Lloris; Romero, Dier, Lenglet; Emerson, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Perisic; Richarlison, Kane, Son. Subs: Forster, Sanchez, Doherty, Sessegnon, Spence, Sarr, Skipp, Bissouma, Gil.
