Titan says Noel Tata to retire as vice-chairman in November 2026

Titan Company Ltd on Monday announced that Noel N. Tata will retire as the company's vice-chairman in November 2026 in accordance with the Tata Group's retirement policy.

The announcement came as the company held its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), where Chairman S. Vijayakumar acknowledged Tata's "outstanding contributions" and noted that he was attending his last AGM as vice-chairman.
