Nathan Modlinsky attacked his then partner using excuses including that he was sick of her "nagging" and she hadn't put his washing on the radiator. The violent thug met his victim in spring 2020 but the relationship quickly deteriorated, a court heard.
Prosecuting, Hannah Forsyth, told Bolton Crown Court "the relationship became very troubled." The 27-year-old, from Wigan, punched her, grabbed her by the throat and pushed his fingers into her mouth on July 31.
