Three UK was down –here's everything we know about the outage and how to claim compensation

The Three UK network experienced major voice calling issues yesterday, with thousands of customers reporting problems – but the network has now confirmed that its "voice and SMS services are now returning to near-normal levels".

The outage, which also affected related networks like Smarty and ID Mobile, started at around 7.45am BST on June 25, according to Downdetector.
