Three Dublin restaurants have received top gongs on a recent dining list.
The rankings for Ireland's 100 Best Restaurants were released this weekend. The results were compiled by the Sunday Times and provide restaurant lovers with an up to date guide on dining in Ireland.
The rankings saw Assassination Custard, Bastible and Chapter One receive recognition as the top three restaurants in Dublin. The food critics applauded the success of Ireland's food scene, while acknowledging the difficulties facing hospitality as costs continue to soar.

Sally and John McKenna said: "This is our fourth decade covering the hundred best restaurants in Ireland and we have learned that Irish people want good food, good service, good value and good fun from a restaurant. While there have sadly been many closures for restaurants, we can see new talent emerging and the Irish restaurant landscape continuing to grow."
Assassination Custard is a relatively quirky entry on the list. The tiny restaurant is tucked away on Kevin Street Upper and boasts just two tables for its diners.
Bastible and Chapter One also were praised for providing fine quality dining. The Michelin star restaurants are located on South Circular Road and Parnell Square North respectively, making them attractive options for city centre dining.
The list featured several other food categories, including the ten best vegetarian restaurants in Ireland. There was also a 'Hottest Dining Rooms' category, which saw Library St in Dublin nab the top spot.
