Holly Willoughby issued a statement regarding what she knew about the bombshell news Phillip Schofield had an affair with a younger ITV colleague.
In the week following Phillip's step down from This Morning, he's been dropped by his YMU management along with all connections to ITV.
Questions have surrounded those working at the broadcaster about whether or not they knew Phillip was having a relationship with his younger colleague. Alongside ITV bosses, his daytime co-host Holly Willoughby has come into the firing line as she was one of Phillip's closest colleagues and partners.

Taking to Instagram to issue her statement on the situation, Holly said: "It's taken time to process yesterday's news. When reports of this relationship first surfaced, I asked Phil directly if this was true and was told it was not.
"It's been very hurtful to now find out that this was a lie. Holly."
Phillip covered up the fling for years but insists the relationship was not illegal. Speaking to fans in an admission that has put an end to days of confusion about his abrupt This Morning exit, Phillip confessed he had lied to ITV, his colleagues, his agent and his family and friends.
