This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby addresses her future and wants ‘love’ and ‘joy’ amid rumoured feud with co-host Phillip Schofield. Holly, 42, and Phillip, 61, have been on the ITV show together for 14 years and are reportedly ‘barely speaking’ behind the scenes. On Monday (May 15) the duo were seen together on the show for the first time since the statement about their friendship was released.
Phillip told The Sun: "As I have said before, Holly is my rock. We’re the best of friends – as always, she is an incredible support on screen, behind the scenes and on the phone. Holly has always been there for me, through thick and thin. And I’ve been there for her." Phillip added: "The last few weeks haven’t been easy for either of us."

As reported by Manchester Evening News, for the first time since the rift with Phillip, Holly has shared her latest Wylde Moon newsletter with fans. She launched the lifestyle brand back in 2021, it features topics from "beauty and fashion to energy and healing" and its own boutique.
As part of her brand, Holly sends out weekly newsletters to her subscribers and writes an online journal. In Monday's email, the mum-of-three shared her thoughts on the passage of time as she struggled to believe we were already mid-way through May.
"The older I get, the more I appreciate how daunting the concept of time passing can be," she typed in her newsletter. "I can always remember my nan saying things like ‘wait ‘til you get to my age…then it really starts flying by’– and I now I really get it. If this resonates with you, I wanted to share some advice one of my friends gave me when we were talking about this exact thing.
"She told me that instead of worrying how quickly it’s going, we should look at things differently and appreciate that with every moment (big or small) that passes, we're creating a future filled with joy, love, and endless possibility. If we can remember to reflect on just how lucky we are to be making all these memories, the passage of time can feel really positive. It’s a bit like that old saying, 'Time is a luxury that the wise appreciate'."
She then addressed her new regime which she mentioned in last week's newsletter, she added: "In honour of cherishing the smaller moments, I wanted to thank everyone who’s contacted me about my ‘proper' trial of cold water exposure from last week’s newsletter. It certainly is a step up from my 30 second cold showers but with your encouragement, I’ve been in again this week…so thank you for that!"
In a video shared with her fans on Instagram, Holly could be seen in the backyard of her London home - which she shares with her husband Dan Baldwin and their three children - and was seen stepping into a spine-tingling ice bath. Holly appeared in a gorgeous floral swimsuit, and warming bobble hat, as she lifted the lid on the freezing bath before gritting her teeth and stepping in.
Holly then put her body up to her shoulders in the water. Her children’s hands were seen in the shot as they tested the coldness of the bath.
Writing to her millions of followers, Holly, 42, captioned the video: "Right let’s begin this icy journey!" She then explained: "After working with Wim Hof and the whole Freeze the Fear team, it’s taken a year, but I’m finally doing it for you…"
She was referring to the fact that last year she teamed up with the Dutch motivational speaker and extreme athlete, known as The Iceman, for the BBC One show alongside co-host Lee Mack to test a group of celebrities as they undertook icy challenges with the support of Wim.
