William 'Bill' Preston Esq and Theodore 'Ted' Logan are two of my very favorite comedy characters, played by the impossibly young Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves as completely air-headed slacker teens. They, and the films they appear in, are very, very stupid – and very very funny.
With Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey arriving on Prime Video this month it's a great addition to your holiday watch list. Is it as good as the first movie, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure? Not quite. But it retains its warmth and charm and delivers a feel-good and very funny treat.
