We are now smack bang in the middle of summer so it's no surprise that there are a slew of events and festivals taking place every month.
From foodie festivities to story telling to outdoor yoga, Dubs are really taking advantage of the good weather and bright evenings.

Bray Beach BBQ Festival
Bray is getting a delicious Beach BBQ Festival this Saturday and Sunday, July 16 and 17 featuring a funfair, demos, games, DJ sets, great food and more. The event, which takes place on Bray's seafront for the very first time, will see a slew of food trucks and activations ascend on the County Wicklow town.
The sizzling BBQ fires up from 11am every day. Vendors will serve great food from that time during the festival weekend. Expect things like sausages, burgers, kebabs, wings, veggie dishes and delicious sides.
St Anne's Park Rose Festival
St Anne's Park in Clontarf is home to scenic walks as well as a quaint rose garden. This Saturday and Sunday is the Rose Festival, jam-packed with activities for the whole family including music, dancing, stalls with plants and flowers, arts, crafts and food vendors.
Baldoyle Viking Festival
This Saturday and Sunday sees the local community of Baldoyle throw a wonderful Viking celebration. Taking place at Baldoyle Racecourse Park form 12pm until 5pm, there will be warrior fighting, battle re-enactments, a Viking Village, craft displays, a treasure hunt and face painting.
Beach Yoga and Meditation Morning
This Saturday, July 16, there will be the chance for you to catch your ultimate zen at a beach yoga and meditation morning.
Taking place on Dollymount Beach (meeting at the North Bull Island roundabout), this two-hour morning session kicks off at 9.30am and consists of a beach walk, 75 minutes of yoga, a meditation session, optional swimming and a community picnic to finish.

Anziety presents Sis
If a boogie along with some excellent drag performances is your cup of tea this weekend, you will want to head to Anziety presents Sis at Bow Lane Social Club this Saturday night.
Kicking off from 10pm, there will be performances from Anziety, Viola Gayvis, DJs and plenty of more talented folk with all tips going towards Trans Pride Dublin.

Summer Time Stories at Chestnut Bazaar
Chestnut Bazaar is a quaint escape from the hustle and bustle of the south inner city, with food trucks, a sauna, an open fire and all-round excellent vibes.
This Saturday, July 16 from 6pm, visitors are invited to take to the and tell stories from their lives. There will be food at this BYOB event with tickets costing €12.
