The tough Swansea City player ratings as Fulham hit five after Ryan Manning dismissal

ANDY FISHER 5

Incredibly bold in possession as ever and wasn't tested in the first-half. Really tough pass to Matt Grimes which led to Fulham's opener and it was a nightmare after that. Not much he could do about the goals.

BEN CABANGO 5

Performed well in possession and dealt so well with the threat of Aleksandar Mitrovic until the Swans went down to 10 men. Unfortunate to concede an own goal on 52 minutes and actually did some good work, but it was never going to be enough.

KYLE NAUGHTON 5

More than played his part in playing out from the back, playing so many bold passes. But with the game transformed, he - and others - were pulled apart by the Cottagers.

RYAN MANNING 4

The Irishman started well but a wild challenge ultimately cost his side the game. It's a red that will no doubt be debated, but in the modern era, it was a huge risk and he got nowhere near the ball when lunging in on Harry Wilson.

OLIVIER NTCHAM 6

Looked lively in parts without doing any damage in the final third. Some good interplay in attack before being withdrawn after the red card.

FLYNN DOWNES 6

Looked slick on the ball and was involved in all of Swansea's positive play. Took a knock and was withdrawn at half-time after the dismissal of Manning.

MATT GRIMES 6

The captain worked tirelessly and played numerous bold passes to get Swansea up the pitch. Had to run himself ragged in the second-half though.

KOREY SMITH 6

In an unfamiliar right-back role, the 31-year-old did well against the threat of Neeskens Kebano in the opening 45. Had precious little chance of stemming the tide afterwards, through no fault of his own.

JOEL PIROE 6 - STAR MAN

The Dutchman didn't see much of the ball in the first 45 but played his role in the team effort. Scored his 16th goal of the campaign for what was merely a consolation for Swansea.

JAMIE PATERSON 6

Worked his socks off throughout and drilled just wide in the second-half. As with others, had little chance of making a strong impact in attack, although he did register a fine assist.

MICHAEL OBAFEMI 6

Starved of the ball in the first-half but played his part in a collective effort. Fired wide in the opening half and then withdrawn as part of a damage limitation exercise.

Subs

Ryan Bennett (for Ntcham) - Made his decent share of clearances but was unable to stem the tide. 5

Jay Fulton (for Downes) - Chased shadows, as with many others, in the second-half but gave as much as he possibly could. 5

Kyle Joseph (for Obafemi) - Had the unenviable task of running himself ragged for half an hour with the Swans both 2-0 and a man down. 5
