Welsh presenter Alex Jones has shared her outfit details after hosting BBC's Wales On Air in a stunning red dress. The One Show host, who hails from Ammanford, fronted the programme which combined a century of recordings in the BBC Wales archive with stirring music from the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.
The concert, which was filmed back in March, reflected life in Wales across the past hundred years. It saw Alex finds clips that transported viewers at home through time while the choir illustrated each section with music.
Taking to Instagram ahead of the show, which aired on BBC One Wales at 9pm on Monday, October 10, Alex said she was "so delighted" to host and said the job was one of her favourites this year.

She wrote: "It's all part of the celebrations to mark a centenary of the BBC and it charts Wales' history with evocative footage to the wonderful and stirring sound of the orchestra.
"It was one of my favourite jobs this year and I hope you enjoy it. It's also on @bbciplayer."
Alex accompanied the post with a string of pictures and shared outfit details for those hoping to replicate the look. The 45-year-old opted for a Solace London outfit.
The floor-length number featured a slit up the side and an extreme off-the-shoulder neckline. The asymmetric one-sleeve gown is available in black, yellow and white as well as Alex's shade of red.
Called The Palmer Dress, the gown costs £320 and is available in a range of sizes. The mum-of-three finished off the look with gold jewellery and white nail polish and wore her mid-length tresses in barrel curls.
Commenting on the dress, one viewer wrote: "Looking poised and beautiful." While another added: "Wow That Dress. Another Evening looking outstanding Alex. Have a wonderful time."
