The old valleys railway clubhouse that's going under the hammer

A former south Wales railway club recently converted for use by bikers is revving up for its next transition after being put up for auction. The single-storey building includes parking for a number of vehicles, and to the side of the property is a garden with an outhouse.

Located in Abercynon, Rhondda Cynon Taf, the auctioneer suggests a number of possible uses for the building and land which has a guide price of £75,000-plus.

Paul Fosh Auctions, who are selling this unique property under the hammer, says they have been informed that the land, which extends to the river bank, may contain fishing rights. However this has not yet been verified, so don't start looking for your fishing rod in the garage just yet.
