Typically considered a quieter, less frantic borough than some of its inner London counterparts, Hammersmith and Fulham is projected to undergo huge changes in the coming years.
Major development schemes such as Earl’s Court, which was recently approved, and Old Oak will fundamentally change the way parts of the borough look and feel. Elsewhere large housing projects such as at King’s Road Park continue to move ahead at-pace, with some of the homes already occupied.
