Wetherby is the worst area in Leeds for missed bin collections according to councillors.
Councillor Norma Harrington (Con), who represents Wetherby on Leeds City Council said the town had serious problems with its bin system. She said: “I have no issues at all with the crews and the drivers who go out week after week in all weathers doing what is a difficult and responsible job.
She went on to say: “What I do have an issue with is the leadership at the top of the organisation.”
