The cheapest houses in Greater Manchester that are new on the market in 2023

As the new year kicks off, there will be many first-time buyers who are starting the search to buy their first home as well as homeowners who are wanting to move up the property ladder or sell up and downsize this year.

There are a variety of properties that are new on the market in Greater Manchester in 2023, and there are some great bargains up for grabs in the region's most affordable boroughs of Bolton, Rochdale and Wigan where the average house price is much cheaper than the rest.

Amongst the newly listed homes for sale on Rightmove are several doer-upper houses that can be bought for a reasonably cheap price and renovated to put your own stamp on.
