The Apprentice winner hits out at lack of after-care for contestants ahead of BBC series return

A former winner of The Apprentice has criticised the show’s contestant aftercare, calling her experience “a tickbox exercise” and urging producers to do more to support hopefuls.

Marnie Swindells, who secured Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment in 2023, admitted she struggled with the emotional toll of the process and felt there wasn’t enough support in place.
