‘That’s what I do’: Zach LaVine on his 20-point fourth quarter vs. Nets

On Tuesday night, the Chicago Bulls outlasted the Brooklyn Nets on the road in crunch time to end their two-game losing streak, 108-99.

Chicago was led by Zach LaVine, who scored 29 points, including a 20-point fourth quarter to grab the lead from Brooklyn and never looked back.

The Bulls went into the fourth quarter down by three until LaVine got into the zone, shooting 6-of-10 from the field and 4-of-6 from 3-point range.

“That’s what I do,” LaVine said postgame.

Jared Greenberg asked LaVine what has changed in his game since winning the NBA dunk contest in Brooklyn back in 2015.

“I’ve always been a scorer, even coming out of college,” LaVine said. “First couple of years doing the dunk contest, I think that just puts you on the map but work on your game. Hard work always pays off and you become who you are and these last five years in Chicago, I think I’ve grown into my own.”
