Denise, a school teacher, shared her outfit on TikTok — a simple “fit check” that showed her in black Abercrombie faux leather trousers, a cream cashmere jumper with black trim, and a pair of Zadig and Voltaire trainers.
She captioned the clip, “They’re the best fit, I’ve had them for about three years, and I just always find myself reaching for them.” But once the video made its way to X (formerly Twitter), it quickly blew up, racking up more than 5 million views and a wave of mixed reactions.
