TCP hikes FAR for 4-, 5-star hotels across Goa by 50%

TCP PANAJI

PANAJI: The town and country planning board on Tuesday decided to increase floor area ratio (FAR) for four-star and five-star hotels from the existing 20% to 30% in both rural and urban areas.

It also resolved to increase the FAR at Kadamba plateau from 300% to 400% for those developers who have proper infrastructure in place, including roads. Kadamba plateau, on the outskirts of Panaji, is being developed as a satellite town.
