Sports nutrition is something that has long been synonymous with gains-obsessed gym bros (I realise I’m generalising, forgive me). But that may be about to change thanks to a new female-founded sports supplement brand.

Selfish Supps, which is now available at Boots, is a sports nutrition brand founded by Australian fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow, along with her sisters Emilee and Amy.
