Pop icon Madonna, 64, was recently admitted into intensive care for several days after developing a "serious bacterial infection".
Although she is now out of hospital and on the mend, her manager Guy Oseary wrote in a post on Instagram at the time: "On Saturday June 24, Madonna developed a serious bacterial infection which led to a several-day stay in the ICU (intensive care unit).
"Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care. A full recovery is expected.
