Martin favourite for Southampton job
Russell Martin is now the runaway favourite with the bookies to take over Southampton.
SkyBet have priced the current Swans boss at 1/3 on to be in the Saints hot-seat before the beginning of the season, amid several reports linking him with the post.
Martin has one year left to run on his current deal at the Swansea.com Stadium, but his future at the club remains uncertain, with Leicester City another name to have been mentioned as a possible admirer in recent weeks.
It's understood Martin is due to meet with the Swans' owners this week to discuss his future, and indeed the best way forward for the club, although the timescale on those conversations remains unclear.

Dasilva reports played down
Swansea City are not believed to be actively pursuing a move for Bristol City left-back Jay Dasilva.
The Swans were previously tipped as potentially showing an interest in the 25-year-old, who's out of contract this summer.
However, club insiders have indicated he's not currently on the club's radar.
Indeed, it seems Swansea's transfer plans are likely to depend on the outcome of discussions between Martin and the board this week.
The club remain admirers of Rotherham United's Chiedoze Ogbene, although their pursuit doesn't appear to have made any significant progress since January, and with many other clubs from the Championship seemingly showing an interest, they will likely have to double their efforts if they are to make a breakthrough.
Rotherham United haven't given up hope of keeping the Irishman, and have made an offer they hope will keep him at the New York Stadium.
Morgan eager to test himself against Europe's best
Young Swansea City striker Iwan Morgan says he can't wait to test himself against Europe's best as he and Wales prepare to kick off their 2023 Uefa European Under-17 Championships finals campaign against hosts Hungary tonight.
The 17-year-old finished the season as top scorer for Swansea City's Under-18s, netting 28 goals in all competitions, and is relishing the chance to shine on the international stage.
"I'm really excited, it's a historic moment for us and we get to go and take on Europe's best teams," he said. "It'll be tough, but I cannot wait.
"For me, it's such a big achievement and it is for everyone involved in the whole process.
"We're all a close group of boys, we're all good friends and that's what is so important. Having some club-mates there is amazing, too.
"We're ready to give it our all, and we showed that fight and passion in qualifying, and we'll look to recreate that all over again.
"Our first game is against Hungary and the focus is all on that."
