Susanna Reid anchored Good Morning Britain alone today.
The popular TV presenter is usually joined by a number of different presenters including the likes of Richard Madeley, Ben Shephard, Judge Robert Rinder, Ed Balls, Adil Ray amongst others, after Piers Morgan spectacularly quit the show.
However, she appeared on the programme alone today, running the usual segments including a discussion on the latest news topics such as the 20 fines issued for partygate, Prince Andrew taking a lead role alongside the Queen at the Duke of Edinburgh's memorial and she also chatted with a doctor who had sadly lost a relative the same day as one of the lockdown parties.
Martin Lewis - the Money Saving Expert - joined Susanna from 7am for a cost of living special, but Susanna presented alone from the morning and hosted all the guests herself.
Sharing a selfie from the studio, she wrote: "Good Morning Britain! Join me & the team @gmb including Andrew, Kevin, Dr H. John Sweeney in Kyiv and Hugo Vickers who was at the Duke of Edinburgh’s Memorial yesterday.
"At 7am the People’s Shadow Chancellor @MartinSLewis with a Cost of Living special."
Fans loved seeing Susanna presenting the show alone and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
"So much of a calmer programme without Richard - it’s nice to see Susanna going Solo - can’t stand Richard on the programme afraid to say - it’s nice to see a calmness back on the TV," one said.
Another added: "Susanna on her own this morning.. #GMB Thank you for small mercies....!!"
Others were confused to see Susanna without anyone by her side.
"Why is Susanna on her own? #GMB," one fan questioned, as another wrote: "Why is Susanna on her own this morning? #GMB."
Susanna previously mocked the presenting switch-up, which has seen her present alongside a number of men.
"Now when you are presenting right now, it's a little bit like speed dating. There has been a fair few fellas," Lorraine asked during a recent interview, as Susanna joked back: "TV Tinder!"
"It is TV Tinder! There's been quite a few," Lorraine then replied.
"There's my good friend Rob Rinder, I'm normally out in Ibiza with him. There's Ed Balls, who we know of course. Alistair Campbell aswell," Susanna added, "Richard Madeley, Adil Ray, Bill Turnbull, Richard Bacon, Martin Lewis. Where does it stop? Yes, and as the late great Bruce Forsyth would say, they're all my favourites."
