Stuntman broke every bone in his face when motorbike show went wrong

A stuntman who suffered horrific injuries during a motorbike show has spent months recovering from his injuries, which included breaking every single bone in his face. Ivan Mladenov was performing with Circus Funtasia in Exmouth when the accident happened last year.

During The Globe of Doom, in which three motorbikes fly around in a steel ball at speeds in excess of 50mph, Ivan lost control and crashed his bike.

Two land ambulances and Devon Air Ambulance were called and Ivan was airlifted to hospital, reports DevonLive. His injuries included breaking multiple bones in his body.

Despite the serious accident, Ivan has now returned to training and will perform inside a hamster wheel pendulum that spans over nine metres wide. He is currently the only man in the UK to do three somersaults inside the wheel.

This year's Circus Funtasia is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.
