Helen Skelton and her Strictly partner Gorka Marquez shared a sweet hug before the professional dancer told the mum-of-three she needed to be "sexier".
The pair were seen wishing each other well after a training session in Cumbria ahead of the live show on Saturday where they wowed fans with their Cha cha cha - and our body language expert Judi James said their "fiery relationship" was on show.
Earning a not-too-shabby 27 points from the judges, Helen, 39, looked pleased with her performance, but Gorka, 32, told host Claudia Winkleman: "We're working on Helen's sexiness".
However, the Countryfile star insisted she had no sex appeal at all, confessing: "I'm not sexy, I'm functional, I'm efficient."
The star, who shares kids Ernie, seven, and Louis, five, and Elsie, nine months, with her ex-husband Richie Myler, joked she was more likely to be found bouncing on a trampoline or spending the afternoon at a soft play centre than channeling her inner sex goddess.
Helen and Gorka danced to Lady Gaga's Rain On Me, however the number 'sparked a storm between the judges', according to a body language expert.
Craig Revel Horwood told Helen the routine was 'technically very poor'.
"It will never look good unless you have got a straight leg darling," he said.
However, Anton Du Beke awarded the couple eight points, saying: "You started off and I and went: 'Yeah baby,' and when you finished I wanted to say, 'Yeah baby'."
According to body language expert Judi James, all was not well between the couple and the judges.
She told us: "This was a body language battlefield, not just for Helen and Gorka, but an even bigger and more open spat broke out between the judges as they gave their comments."
Helen has had a lot on her plate following the collapse of her marriage earlier this year.
Taking to Instagram in a shock statement she announced that the father of her kids had moved out of the family home after the couple decided to call time on their relationship.
Richie was then photographed with the daughter of the multi-millionaire president of his rugby club, Leeds Rhinos.
Fans are now rooting for Helen to take home the Glitterball trophy with some even starting petition for her and Gorka to be crowned the show's winners.
The Spanish champ, who is engaged to actress Gemma Atkinson, shared a video of the presenter collapsed on the floor after a training session on Friday.
The mum-of-three also posted a pic of her bruised feet, but told fans she was enjoying herself -despite the 'gruelling' rehearsals.
