Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton has shared a super sweet snap of two of her three young children.

The TV presenter, 39, took to her Instagram Stories this evening [September 25] to post the cute image of her sons being 'besties' with her followers, just hours on from her estranged husband Richie Myler referring to his new girlfriend as 'family' during Helen's first live performance on Strictly last night.

As Helen wowed viewers on the BBC dancefloor with partner Gorka Marque, her rugby star ex shared snap of him with Stephanie Thirkill , 32, and her multi-millionaire parents to his Instagram Stories - captioning the update: "Finished this season as a family [love heart emoji]."
