Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton has shared an adorable behind the scenes snap with her 'proud' parents as she reflects on another great week in the BBC dancing competition.
The Countryfile presenter has been keeping her army of fans up to date with her progress in rehearsals and as another live performance nears the mum-of-three has taken the time to share her best moments from week 4.
Helen has previously said she will owe her parents 'Christmas in the Caribbean' by the time the show is over, as they step in to help her out with childcare whilst she takes on the gruelling schedule of rehearsals and live shows with her on-screen partner and dance professional Gorka Márquez.
