Strictly Come Dancing fans blasted Richie Anderson and Giovanni Pernice's "unforgivable" Lion King outfits.
The pair dressed up as Timon and Pumbaa for their Samba to Hakuna Matata, and frustrated fans took to Twitter to joke about the pair's outfits. The duo were dressed up as a meerkat and warthog, with Giovanni given a larger belly as part of the costume.
As she gave her verdict, Shirley admitted she didn't think she'd look at Giovanni in the same way after his outfit choice, but praised the dance as one of their "best numbers" so far, whilst Anton called it "wonderful".
Taking to Twitter, fans couldn't help but comment on the outfits they had been given to wear.
"Those Timon and Pumbaa onesies are unforgivable #Strictly," one wrote, as a second added: "Why do they have to make some couples look like idiots? #Strictly." A third shared: "Embarrassing for Geo. I feel it's got a bit ridiculous now. He's clearly not happy."
Others praised the dance, sharing: "Well that was a very unique Samba! What a great way to open the show for Giovanni and Richie! Such infectious energy. #Strictly," with another writing: "I can't cope #Strictly."
The pair have impressed during the competition so far, but the talk of the town has been the duo's partnership amid rumours of a 'feud'. Sources claimed that the pair were struggling to gel backstage.
During a recent appearance, the pro dancer - who won the show last year alongside EastEnders ' Rose Ayling-Ellis - hit back at claims of a feud, insisting the pair got along really well and were having a 'good time' both on stage and backstage.
"We are having a good, we're definitely having a good time. Obviously it's a dance competition at the end of the day so we have to learn something. But there is no problem. Where is the camera?" he said.
"There is no problem between us, we are having a good time. So forget about what you are writing, it's not true."
Despite their insistence that they are very friendly, body language Judi James has told The Mirror that the pair are still "work in progress" in regards to the connection but did say that the "signs are more positive than they were at the start of the series".
"Richie seems to be learning how to talk a little less and how to turn to Giovanni to listen and check a little more. He is clearly a naturally enthusiastic man but for this appearance he had angled his torso diagonally in his chair to be directed towards Giovanni, rather than towards Rylan as he has leaned towards the presenters in the past," Judi shared.
"Has Giovanni taken control gradually and tamed the very energetic and enthusiastic Richie? It still looks like work in progress but the signs are more positive than they were at the start of the series."
