Strictly's Helen Skelton has delighted fans with a sneak peak of Saturday's performance as she shared a clip of herself and Gorka filming their upcoming dance.
Countryfile presenter Helen and her Strictly Come Dancing dancing partner Gorka Marquez are preparing for week three of the show and as the next live performance looms closer Helen has taken a moment to reflect. Helen shared the clip with her 354k followers as she thanked fans for keeping herself and Gorka in the competition.
She captioned the clip: "That time of the week…. When the hard work gets taken to the dance floor, Thank you for keeping us in so far… we’re having a blast."

The comments section was quickly flooded with love and support for Helen, who is a firm favourite to win the BBC competition, from celebrity pals and viewers at home alike.
Ginny Buckley commented: "Go girl, we’re #TeamHelen all the way!", Nicki Chappers added: "Well done Helen! You are amazing" while Tanya Bardsley penned: "Amazing, we are all routing for you" and Caz Demoraes said: "Absolute Blonde Bombshell, love watching you each week!"
Saturday night will be Helen's first live performance since the news of her estranged husband, Richie Myler's, new baby with his now girlfriend broke.
The former Leeds Rhinos rugby player, 32, broke up with ex-Blue Peter presenter Helen just four months after she gave birth to their third child, back in April. Richie's friends have said he's "thrilled" to be expecting with Stephanie as their romance continues.
Helen, 39, is said to be keeping 'cordial relations' with her ex as she takes part in Strictly Come Dancing. She learned the news before the couple announced it on Instagram.
Richie's friend told The Sun : “The timing of the pregnancy may raise a few eyebrows though. It is obviously such a huge step, and one made remarkably quickly off the back of Helen and Richie’s eight-year marriage ending."
Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC1 on Saturday, October 15.
