A Stoke-on-Trent drive-thru scheme which is home to Costa and Greggs has been sold off in a multi-million pound deal.
Property developer Godwin Developments has sold the former Pizza Hut site, in Baths Road, Longton, to a private investor just 18 months after acquiring it in September 2020.
The scheme, next to Phoenix Retail Park, boasts a 1,800 sq ft unit which houses Costa Coffee and a second, 1,162 sq ft unit which is let to Greggs. It was fully complete in December 2021.
