State sets agenda on medicinal cannabis drivers

Drivers will be allowed to drive with small amounts of cannabis in their system under groundbreaking drug-driving reforms, while another state takes a tougher zero-tolerance approach.

Legislation to lift a ban that stopped medicinal cannabis patients from driving passed the NSW parliament on Thursday night.
