British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has sought to draw a dividing line between a pro-European Labour party and Nigel Farage’s anti-European Union Reform UK, arguing that the UK faces a defining choice over its future direction as fresh evidence highlights the economic damage caused by Brexit.
