Star Wars Cosplayer Reveals The Mandalorian's Armorer With Surprising Twist

The Armorer banished Din Djarin for removing his helmet.

A brilliant Star Wars cosplayer has brought The Mandalorian's Armorer to life in breathtaking fashion but with a surprising twist. The Armorer banished Din Djarin from the Children of the Watch and declared him an apostate for breaking their creed by removing his helmet. She only accepted him back into the fold when he redeemed himself by bathing in the holy waters on Mandalore, and even after working with Bo-Katan's Mandalorian clan, the Armorer herself never removed her helmet.

This is why s.r.cosplay's rendition of the Armorer is so shocking, as she holds her helmet and shows her face, something the Armorer has never done in The Mandalorian.

Even so, the attention to detail with the Armorer's helmet and armor is superb and raises interesting possibilities for The Mandalorian to explore in upcoming Star Wars movies and TV shows.

Din Djarin removing his helmet caused audiences to see him differently and drove his story in a new direction, and future Mandalorian installments should do the same with other characters. Will more Mandalorians choose to remove their helmets and forego certain traditions? How will seeing a character's face change how viewers see them? The Armorer was willing to accept Bo-Katan and other Mandalorians who don't hide their faces, so would she remove her helmet?

Whether The Mandalorian explores these ideas or not, it's a fascinating possibility to consider. Seeing the Armorer without her helmet could reveal new aspects of her character and symbolize her character development, possibly affecting all Mandalorian society. Until then, Star Wars cosplayers will continue to show what The Mandalorian and other projects could move the franchise in new directions.
